Refund policy
At Reebok Fitness Store, we recognise that there are instances when you may need to return an item to us for various reasons. If you wish to initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below. (Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for returns received without a valid Return Authorisation Number, which must be issued by our Client Services Team in advance).
Items Delivered Incorrectly or with Defects
Should you receive goods that are faulty or were delivered as substitutes without your explicit consent, you have the option to return them for a replacement or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods from us.
To commence the return process, please contact our Client Services Team via email at support@reebokfitness.store (operating hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Mon - Fri) to notify us of your intent to return a product, along with the reasons for the return.
Upon verification, you will be furnished with a Return Authorisation Number, and our service agent will coordinate the product's return via a collection arranged by us. After inspecting the item upon its return, you will have the choice of receiving a refund, replacement, or an alternative, according to your preference.
Warranty Concerns
While it is an uncommon and unfortunate occurrence, products may occasionally develop faults after a period of use. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by us are accompanied by a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year.
For items older than 14 days that necessitate warranty assistance, the manufacturer's warranty terms apply. We kindly request that you contact our Client Services Team via email at support@reebokfitness.store (office hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Mon - Fri) for information concerning the procedures for handling warranty issues related to your product.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We understand that selecting the right products online can sometimes be challenging. To address this, we offer a 'no-hassle' money-back guarantee on all our products. You have the flexibility to change your mind for any reason, as long as you return the products in new condition at your own expense.
Please take note of the following exceptions to our 30-day money-back guarantee:
- Certain items, such as swimwear, bras, underwear, chest straps, gum shields, and some other items, cannot be returned to us unless they are found to be faulty and have been assigned a valid returns authorisation number for hygiene reasons.
- Installed and assembled machines are not covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
The duration of the money-back guarantee period provided by us is 30 days, commencing from the day following the receipt of the ordered goods, or any longer duration specified in the product description.
To initiate a product return under our money-back guarantee scheme, please contact our Client Services Team via email at support@reebokfitness.store (office hours: 10:00 – 18:00 Mon - Fri). You will receive a return authorisation number and a returns form.
We endeavor to process refunds promptly, with your refund typically being issued within a few days. However, under the Money Back Guarantee, your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of cancellation notification.
Please be aware that you have a statutory duty of care to maintain the unwanted goods in your possession, and any products to be returned under our money-back guarantee policy must be kept in 'as new' condition.
In the case of returning a product under the 30-day money-back policy, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. It is worth noting that returning large and bulky items may incur a cost exceeding £200, depending on the chosen carrier.
