Please be aware that a delivery fee may apply to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Islands (including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Lewis, and Orkney), and select other UK regions subject to carrier-specific excess charges.
Our complimentary shipping service operates throughout the workweek, from Monday to Friday, within the hours of 08:00 to 18:00. In certain cases, you may have the option of Saturday deliveries for specific products.

Receipt and Inspection of Goods
For deliveries, a signature is required upon delivery. In all instances, please conduct a thorough examination of the delivery for any signs of potential damage before signing to confirm receipt in good condition.
In rare cases, heavier items may experience outer packaging damage during transit. In most instances, this will not impact the actual goods, as the packaging will have effectively fulfilled its primary purpose of safeguarding your order.
In the unlikely event that you receive a parcel with obvious, unacceptable damage, please decline acceptance of the delivery and promptly reach out to us at support@reebokfitness.store, specifying the reason for refusal.
We will then expedite the resolution of the issue in the most efficient manner possible. Thankfully, occurrences of this nature are exceedingly infrequent.
Delivery Procedures
Our objective is to ensure the prompt delivery of all orders, with the majority of small items typically arriving within 2-3 working days.
On rare occasions, stock availability may experience delays. In such instances, we will promptly notify you of the delay or suggest a suitable alternative.
We aim to fulfill all orders within a maximum of 30 days from your order placement date. In cases where any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will promptly communicate this to you.

For items weighing more than 30kg, we may engage a dedicated two-person delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your order. In such instances, our delivery team will initiate contact with you to mutually arrange a convenient delivery date before processing your order.
